Jack brings Emily home to the Abbott Mansion and surprises her with a beautiful live tree. He invites her to help decorate and tells her the boxes of ornaments are filled with love because they are full of memories. Jack asks about her own family traditions and suggests it is not too late to start her own.

At the Athletic Club Victoria tells Nick she misses what her marriage use to be. He asks her to reconsider her trip to Dubai. JT and Reed arrive to see Santa. Later Sharon and Adam enter and are greeted by their fan club. Adam offers to take Sharon elsewhere but she wants to stay. As JT and Victoria wait in line to see Santa, he asks her if she wants to have dinner with him. While Sharon and Adam are choosing their entrée, Nick approaches. Adam tries to be congenial but his sentiments are not returned.

As Daniel thanks his friends at Crimson Lights for helping with his release he inquires about Amber’s whereabouts. Daisy, Noah and Eden discuss the rat Lauren found at her store and Eden is still suspicious of Daisy. Nick arrives to join the party and learns everyone has left. Kevin gives Nick Phyllis’s forgotten cell phone where he receives a call from Paul stating Amber and Deacon are at the barn. Nick leaves.

In the meantime, Deacon brings Amber to an abandoned barn and tells her she will never see her family and friends again. They are going to start a new life together with Little D. Amber tells Deacon when he left L.A. with Little D. he took a piece of her heart with her. She is happy to learn he remembers her. Daniel burst into the barn and tells Deacon to stay away from his wife. Deacon tells Daniel his mother has been blackmailing him to take Amber out of town. Daniel and Amber play along with Deacon until he realizes Phyllis’s plan was a set up. He tries to escape but is man handled by Paul and Nick. After he is arrested Phyllis gives the officer the cell phone containing the evidence.

At Restless Style Billy continues to believe he was released from prison without naming his source. The juror in questions enters and accuses Billy of rating her out to the judge. He swears to her he did not release her name and questions Chloe. When he realizes Chloe was the culprit, he fires her.

Michael and Lauren return home and continue their anniversary celebration. They are interrupted by Eden and Noah. Michael tells Eden her concerns about Daisy have no merit because he ran a background check on her and she is clean. Eden is not convinced. After Michael and Lauren retire, Daisy enters and reads the reports.

While Victoria and JT share dinner together, he inquires about the papers that were delivered, she tells him they are travel documents and asks him to go to Dubai with her. He tells her no, and explains again he has responsibilities here. They each become unbending and Victoria tells him she will go to Dubai with Reed. JT assures her she can do whatever she wants but he will not allow her to take Reed out of the country.

Later Nick becomes upset with Phyllis for not including him in her plan. He reminds her they promised not to keep secrets from each other. She calls him a hypocrite and tells him he has not told her about Sharon and Adam, and more importantly how it is driving him crazy.
