Billy returns home from New York and arrives at Crimson Lights where he is surprised to see Chloe and Mac sitting together. He searches for the tiara he purchased for Delia and realizes Victoria must have it. Mac questions Billy’s good mood and Chloe states she likes the new and improved version. Chloe and Billy begin to discuss Restless Style business and she claims she has an idea for their next issue; dysfunctional families. She suggests an article about him and Jack. She reminds him Jack’s wedding is tomorrow and asks him to reconsider attending his brother’s wedding. (more…)

Jack arrives home while Emily, Malcolm and Chloe prepare for their engagement portrait. They complete the session and Chloe is anxious to leave for a date with Chance. She suggests while Malcolm is there, Emily should take her bridal portrait as well. As Jack and Malcolm continue to catch-up, Gloria and Jeff arrive. Jack introduces them to Emily and they are stunned by her resemblance to Patty. The Bardwells begin to tease Jack about their interest in Jabot and Jack begins to loose patience. Upon their investment, they request significant positions at Jabot. Jack declines to appoint them and they leave. Emily asks Jack what he has gotten himself into. Jack explains the history he shares with Gloria and Jabot and claims she is a necessary evil. Emily realizes Jack needs additional revenue to purchase Jabot and suggests he be prepared to deal with Ashley’s reaction when she realizes he has involved Gloria. Emily leaves to change into her wedding dress and Malcolm suggests Jack leave. Emily stops him and states they are not superstitious. Later, Jack receives a call from Jeffrey stating he is in. Jack calls Tucker and assures him no one will top their offer for Jabot. Emily returns in her wedding dress and Jack is in awe. (more…)

Victor arrives at the ranch to visit with Faith and to discuss property arrangements with Ashley. He suggests he buy the adjacent property to the ranch for Ashley and the girls. When Ashley realizes Victor is trying to buy his way back to the ranch, she becomes irate and tells him she is glad she is no longer married to him. Abby overhears her parents fighting and tells them her family tells her nothing but lies. She states she wishes she could divorce both of them and leaves. Noah intercedes and promises to find her. Ashley tells Victor she does not want to cause their daughter additional stress and he agrees. Ashley claims Abby is yearning for stability. He tells her he does not want their children to suffer because of their disagreements. Ashley reminds Victor about Adam and how he feels the constant need to compete with Victoria and Nicholas. Billy meets Chloe at Crimson Lights and tells her about the epiphany he had on New Year’s Eve. He states he is trying to make amends with everyone, including her. He admits he was an ass towards her and apologizes. He claims he did not want to be tied down when he learned she was pregnant with Delia, but in hindsight she is the best gift anyone has ever given him. He tells her the happiest times of his life was when Delia was born. He understands she is with Chance now and is happy for her. She assures Billy the people in his life have noticed the changes in him. He states Restless Style is suffering without her and offers her a job which she graciously accepts. (more…)

Billy, enjoying a shot and a beer at Jimmy’s, calls Heather and tells her how much he enjoyed her company. Mac enters and Billy is surprised to learn about Tucker’s claim of being Katherine’s son. In the meantime, Daisy meets Ryder in front of Jimmy’s and states she wants Eden gone. Kevin arrives and Daisy disappears. Kevin offers his lost brother money, enters the bar and sits next to Billy. Mac receives a call from Murphy requesting moral support for Katherine. The trio agrees to behave and proceed to the estate. (more…)

Aboard the Chancellor Jet Katherine is glad to have Jill by her side as she prepares to meet her daughter Joanne for the first time. Katherine hopes she grew-up surrounded by love and had a good life. The ladies arrive at Joanne’s front door as she pulls up escorting a convict and waiving a gun as she proceeds to put him in a holding cell. Katherine tries to approach her and she tells “Granny” there is a hotel down the street. Jill feels they should get the hell out of there. Katherine wants to meet her bounty hunter daughter Jo-Jo. They enter her office and Jo-Jo thinks they are customers. Katherine tells her she is looking for JoAnne Glover. Jo-Jo becomes indignant and asks Katherine who she is. She replies she is her mother. Once Jo-Jo is convinced she is Katherine’s biological daughter, Katherine offers to fly her to Genoa City and live with her. Later, as the trio flies home on the Chancellor Jet, Jo-Jo asks about Mr. Chancellor. Jill tells her he died many years ago. When Jo-Jo realizes Katherine is “The Chancellor”, she embraces her new found mother. (more…)

Chloe admits to Chance she is looking for a challenge while they share coffee at Crimson Lights. They are interrupted by Chance’s boss and Chance asks if there are any leads on Riggs. The sergeant evades Chance’s questions and leaves. Chance questions Sid’s motives about not pursuing the case. He questions the EMT on duty the night he was stabbed as well as Heather but both decline to help him. In the meantime Jack approaches Chloe and asks her to be their wedding planner. She graciously accepts the assignment. Sid returns and is furious with Chance for spreading rumors about him. Chloe realizes all is not right at the GCPD and tells Chance to watch his back. Later at the Chancellor Estate Chance receives an email from Riggs claiming he is in trouble and asks Chance to meet him. (more…)

A drunken Billy continues to celebrate at Jimmy’s Bar. Mac tries to help him and he is surprised she still cares. Out in the bitter cold Billy throws the snow globe Delia gave him in the air to celebrate the new year and it breaks. As he attempts to fix it John appears and tells him not to bother. John claims he is “Father Time” and transports Billy to Restless Style. Billy pleads with his father to give him his buzz back. He insists he wants him sober during their journey. He tells his son he is not a journalist he is proud of and tells him he peddles garbage. (more…)

Nick questions Phyllis about her secret and she tells him he is not upset with her, he is upset because he can’t help Sharon. She asks her husband how he found out about Sharon and Adam and he admits he saw them in bed together. Both agree they are back where they started and Phyllis walks away. (more…)

Jack brings Emily home to the Abbott Mansion and surprises her with a beautiful live tree. He invites her to help decorate and tells her the boxes of ornaments are filled with love because they are full of memories.
