At the tack house, Nick seems distant as Phyllis tells him how much she enjoyed their Valentine’s evening together. He claims he is thinking about Victoria and JT and trying to figure out what when wrong in their relationship. He tells Phyllis they could have avoided their divorce if they had not keep things from each other. With a questioning look, he shows Phyllis the Harvard visitor’s pass he found in her purse. Phyllis comes clean with Nick and tells him what she learned about Dr. Taylor at Harvard. Nick states Adam’s involvement with Dr. Taylor is none of their business. Phyllis is surprised by Nick’s sudden turn around concerning his step-brother and questions his judgment. Nick tells her Adam quitting Newman and he and Victor’s falling out is part of a plan he developed to get someone on the inside at McCall, Unlimited. Phyllis is impressed by her husband’s fortitude but becomes upset when she realizes he kept it from her. She promises Nick she will keep his secret but assures him she is going forward with her investigation. (more…)

With encouragement from Chloe, Patty who everyone thinks is Emily proceeds to walk down the aisle. Jack joins her at the altar and tells her she looks beautiful. Father Todd, unaware his sister is masquerading as Emily, begins the ceremony and Patty/Emily is moved her brother is there. Jack professes his love for her and thanks God for his good fortune. He tells Patty/Emily he is grateful to her for making him a better person and states he loves her more than he has ever loved anyone. Patty/Emily tells Jack she hoped he would come “back” into her life. Jack gives her a questioning look and she clarifies by stating she hoped he would come into her life. Jack shrugs off Patty’s slip of the tongue and contributes it to wedding jitters. She claims marrying him is a second chance for her and affirms their marriage will last. She tells Jack she has been waiting a very long time for this. The couple exchange their vows and Father Todd pronounces them husband and wife. Phyllis and Summer return home from Boston. Nick is glad to see his girls and is happy to learn about Summer’s progress. Phyllis gives Nick her Valentine’s Day gift, a card stating he can have anything he wants. Nick wants his gift now. Phyllis reminds him they need to leave for Jack’s wedding. (more…)

Traci arrives home to the Abbott Mansion for Jack’s wedding. She consoles Jack for the loss of Jabot. He questions her ability to care about others after she has lost so much. She states now more than ever, they need to celebrate the good things in life. Jack, Ashley and Traci recall their memories at the Abbott Mansion and Jack states he is planning on making many more.  He receives a call informing him the priest scheduled to perform his wedding ceremony had an emergency and Father Todd, Paul’s brother, will fill in for him. Billy returns home from New York and arrives at Crimson Lights where he is surprised to see Chloe and Mac sitting together. He searches for the tiara he purchased for Delia and realizes Victoria must have it. Mac questions Billy’s good mood and Chloe states she likes the new and improved version. Chloe and Billy begin to discuss Restless Style business and she claims she has an idea for their next issue; dysfunctional families. She suggests an article about him and Jack. She reminds him Jack’s wedding is tomorrow and asks him to reconsider attending his brother’s wedding. (more…)

As Jack and Emily share breakfast at the Athletic Club and admire their engagement announcement in the newspaper, Jack orders champagne to celebrate their upcoming nuptials as well as the Jabot purchase. Paul arrives, newspaper in hand, expressing his concern how their wedding announcement will affect Patty. Emily assures Paul Patty will not see it because she does not have access to a newspaper. Paul leaves and Jack gives Emily a gift, a bikini. He states they will be going somewhere warm on their honeymoon. She suggests she book a room at the club for the night before their wedding. Chloe arrives and the couple continues to firm up their wedding plans. Chloe asks Jack who he plans on asking to be his best man. Jack enlists his brother Billy who is touched and agrees. Chloe and Emily leave for the Abbott Mansion to meet with the florist. Billy joins Jack and each toast each other to new beginnings. (more…)

Jack arrives home while Emily, Malcolm and Chloe prepare for their engagement portrait. They complete the session and Chloe is anxious to leave for a date with Chance. She suggests while Malcolm is there, Emily should take her bridal portrait as well. As Jack and Malcolm continue to catch-up, Gloria and Jeff arrive. Jack introduces them to Emily and they are stunned by her resemblance to Patty. The Bardwells begin to tease Jack about their interest in Jabot and Jack begins to loose patience. Upon their investment, they request significant positions at Jabot. Jack declines to appoint them and they leave. Emily asks Jack what he has gotten himself into. Jack explains the history he shares with Gloria and Jabot and claims she is a necessary evil. Emily realizes Jack needs additional revenue to purchase Jabot and suggests he be prepared to deal with Ashley’s reaction when she realizes he has involved Gloria. Emily leaves to change into her wedding dress and Malcolm suggests Jack leave. Emily stops him and states they are not superstitious. Later, Jack receives a call from Jeffrey stating he is in. Jack calls Tucker and assures him no one will top their offer for Jabot. Emily returns in her wedding dress and Jack is in awe. (more…)

Victor arrives at the ranch to visit with Faith and to discuss property arrangements with Ashley. He suggests he buy the adjacent property to the ranch for Ashley and the girls. When Ashley realizes Victor is trying to buy his way back to the ranch, she becomes irate and tells him she is glad she is no longer married to him. Abby overhears her parents fighting and tells them her family tells her nothing but lies. She states she wishes she could divorce both of them and leaves. Noah intercedes and promises to find her. Ashley tells Victor she does not want to cause their daughter additional stress and he agrees. Ashley claims Abby is yearning for stability. He tells her he does not want their children to suffer because of their disagreements. Ashley reminds Victor about Adam and how he feels the constant need to compete with Victoria and Nicholas. The senior Newmans return home to the Athletic Club with Segundo in tow. Victor relates to Nikki he feels his sons’ behavior is their way of gaining his approval. Nikki refers to Victor as King Solomon, and suggests the king should take back his castle. As the conversation turns to Adam and Sharon, Nikki realizes how torn apart her family is. At the Athletic Club, while Lauren is resting a sprained ankle, Michael encourages his wife to take better care of herself. She asks him to escort her to her newly decorated office at Fenmore. They arrive and Lauren is pleased with the results and appropriately thanks her husband. Daisy enters and interrupts them. Michael receives a call from Heather and learns the evidence from the gym bag has been analyzed. Daisy overhears his conversation and leaves. (more…)
